The project resulted in 37% capacity improvement, significant cost reduction due to automation and 40% improvement in transaction turnaround time.

Best Core Banking Technology Implementation APAC – Paytm Payments Bank and Infosys Finacle: Paytm partnered with Infosys Finacle to build Paytm Payments Bank, India’s most profitable digital-only bank. The transformation helped the bank expand its offerings and launch new applications for its customers, while also consistently driving about 30% of India’s open banking transactions through Unified Payments Interface.
