Union Bank of India launched Union Virtual Connect (UVConn), that gives its retail customers personalized, daily banking services, at their preferred time, place, and in seven languages. UVConn is currently integrated with Bank’s WhatsApp business number, so that customers can avail banking services within the app itself without having to be redirected to any other platform. The bank leveraged the most used messaging app in India -WhatsApp to provide banking services and to respond to customer queries. This recognition celebrates their achievement.
