Infosys Finacle from EdgeVerve Systems, a wholly owned product subsidiary of Infosys, is committed to process your personal data as per the laws of your country or state. The purpose of this Privacy Consent (“Consent”) is to inform you of the categories of Personal Data we collect and the purposes for which we use such Personal Data.

We may disclose Personal Data to the following categories of recipients for the same purposes described below and where appropriate, we require that such parties maintain its confidentiality and maintain appropriate systems and processes to ensure its security and protection:
- Internal authorized employees of Infosys Finacle, including Infosys Ltd and its subsidiaries or affiliates, in internal functions such as Marketing and Sales;
- Service providers or vendors or agents who manage the registration process and provide their platform(s), hosting and e-mail services to Infosys Finacle
- Vendors for assistance with the video packaging of the post-webinar recording.
- Authorized service providers such as Cisco for the webinar platform, Microsoft for transferring the video, Google (YouTube) for hosting the video recording of the webinar.
Lawfulness of Processing:
We use or process your Personal Data with your Consent for the below purpose(s). Where we process Personal Data based on consent, your consent is revocable at any time
- For creating your login credentials and sharing them with you
- For providing you access to the event
- For providing the content post the webinar for reference
- For promotional purposes such as making the recording available on:
- Infosys Finacle event webpage
- Video streaming platform such as YouTube
- Social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter
Your Data Protection Rights:
Depending on the laws of the country where you reside, you have certain rights in respect of your personal data. would like further information about your data protection rights or to submit a request to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data, as well as to object for legitimate purpose to the processing of your Personal Data. These rights may be exercised, by sending an email to privacy@infosys.com
Right to Withdrawal:
Where we process your Personal Data based on your consent, you may withdraw you consent to the processing at any time for the future. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before your withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, please write to us at privacy@infosys.com
Secondary Purpose
If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Consent, then we will provide you with a new Consent explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing, unless authorized by law.
Data Transfer:
The Personal Data listed above may be transferred outside your country, on the basis of your consent, to locations such as India, United States of America, Singapore, Hong Kong, European Economic Area, UK, Canada, Australia, South Arica, Brazil etc.; for which data protection legislation may differ from that of your country. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data.
Data Security:
Infosys Finacle adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data
Data Retention:
The video recording shall be retained for a period of 10 years, based on business and legal requirements. / The duration of processing of personal data shall be for a period of 10 years since the date of publishing the video on Infosys’ website and video streaming & social media platforms

Depending on the laws of the countries where you reside, if you are not satisfied with how we safeguard your personal data, you have the right to bring a complaint to your local Data Protection Authority.
