Ram Devanaryanan, Associate Vice President, Infosys Finacle will deliver a keynote on “Banking Innovation and Infosys Finacle-Qorus partnership” where he will share Finacle’s perspective of innovation and the value of Qorus-Infosys Finacle partnership.
During the Reinvention Awards ceremony, Ram will also do the honors of distributing awards to winning financial institutions across Customer Experience category.
Leaders’ Roundtable: Innovation in Retail Banking in Europe

In this leaders’ roundtable hosted by Qorus and Infosys Finacle, senior bankers and industry experts from across Europe will convene to exchange insights, share best practices, and discuss strategies for driving innovation in a rapidly evolving landscape. Drawing on insights from the 15th edition of the Innovation in Retail Banking Report, a collaborative research initiative by Infosys Finacle, Qorus, and Jim Marous (The Financial Brand), participants will gain a global perspective on innovation benchmarks while tailoring strategies to fit their unique regional and organizational contexts.
The agenda for the session will focus on three key themes:
- Redefining Value Across Product Lines: Learning how banks are reimagining customer journeys, enhancing product offerings, and forging powerful ecosystem partnerships across lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management.
- Reimagining Business Models: Exploring the rise of embedded banking, open banking, and marketplace models, understand challenges and winning strategies for adoption.
