CEB TowerGroup analysts have rated Infosys Finacle Mobile Banking and e-Banking as ‘best-in-class’ for security and authentication, and enterprise support. The CEB TowerGroup report titled ‘Mobile Corporate Banking Technology Analysis’ quantitatively ranks mobile corporate banking solutions from global vendors across 19 attributes.
Highlights:
- Infosys Finacle was rated ‘Best-in-class’ in the categories of Security and Authentication, and Enterprise Support
- The report states – "Infosys is experienced in deploying mobile solutions to customers in the financial services industry. Voice banking is one of the more progressive features in the market that Infosys is pursuing, and is just one item on a comprehensive roadmap of features intended to be deployed in future releases"
- The report also highlights – "Infosys has a distinct implementation methodology and separate approaches for rapid deployment as well as phased deployment by location, vertical, or module. This caters not only to financial institutions of differing sizes, but to banks with differing business needs, skill sets, and budgets, and allows financial institutions to customize their mobile banking experience"
