Infosys LTD its subsidiaries and branch operations hereinafter referred as ‘EdgeVerve’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ is committed to respect your privacy and choices. The Finacle Partner Vault privacy statement (hereinafter “Privacy Statement” or “Statement”) highlights our privacy practices in compliance to applicable data privacy regulations.

In course of registering and using Finacle Partner Vault, you agree that Infosys and web infinity may collect and process following personal data elements-

Personal Data Elements Processed: Full Name, Official Email Address, Partner Type, Designation, Country, Phone number, cookies*, and telemetry data.

Additionally, your organization’s name, website name, Business Address will also be collected and processed.

Data Recipients: The Personal Data is accessible to certain authorized employees from internal teams such as Finacle Edgeverve’s Alliance team, Marketing team etc., our authorized service providers/partners, our auditors (internal or external), where applicable and any other parties expressly or impliedly authorized by you for receiving such disclosures.

Lawfulness of Processing: Lawful basis of processing is consent; we process your Personal Data when it is necessary with your consent for the below mentioned purpose(s). EdgeVerve Limited may hereinafter be required to collect, receive, possess, store, share, deal or otherwise process your Personal Data

• For the purposes of registration.
• For tracking engagement analytics based on user interactions.
• For recommending content to you based on your interests and preferences.
• For exploring/creating any business development opportunity with Finacle team.
• For audit purposes, where applicable.

• For EU/EEA, UK – The Personal Data listed above may be transferred to countries located outside of the EU/EEA, for which data protection legislation may differ from that of the EEA, i.e. Infosys offices located globally to authorized service providers and their cloud service providers’ servers (where applicable), auditors and clients, where applicable. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. We have in particular implemented the following safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c) GDPR), the copies can be obtained by writing to privacy@infosys.com.
• For Non-EU/EEA – If necessary for the above stated purpose, the Personal Data listed above may be transferred to Infosys offices located globally to authorized service providers and their cloud service providers’ servers (where applicable), auditors and clients, where applicable. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. Your personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction based on SCC/ DTA/ Consent, where applicable (based on applicable DP Laws).

Data Security: EdgeVerve Limited adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data.

Data Retention: Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Consent, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes.
