Infosys Finacle from EdgeVerve Systems, a wholly owned product subsidiary of Infosys, is committed to process your personal data as per the laws of your country or state, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. The purpose of this Privacy Consent (“Consent”) is to inform you of the categories of Personal Data we collect and the purposes for which we use such Personal Data.

We may disclose Personal Data to the following categories of recipients for the same purposes described below and where appropriate, we require that such parties maintain its confidentiality and maintain appropriate systems and processes to ensure its security and protection:

• Internal authorized employees of Infosys Finacle, including Infosys Ltd and its subsidiaries or affiliates, in internal functions such as Marketing and Sales;
• Service providers or vendors or agents who manage the registration process and provide their platform(s), hosting and e-mail services to Infosys Finacle
• Partners – RedHat and Intel with whom Infosys Finacle has partnered for this webinar

• For presenting a trend (aggregated), basis poll data from all attendees of the webinar
• For the purpose of improving the content and flow of our webinars through the questions asked before/during the webinar
• For the purpose of improving our webinars with better content and flow basis the time spent on the webinar

Your Data Protection Rights:

Depending on the laws of the country where you reside, you have certain rights in respect of your personal data. For EU attendees, if you would like further information about your data protection rights or to submit a request to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data, as well as to object for legitimate purpose to the processing of your Personal Data. Right to Withdrawal:

Where we process your Personal Data based on your consent, you may withdraw you consent to the processing at any time for the future. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before your withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, please write to us at privacy@infosys.com

Secondary Purpose

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Consent, then we will provide you with a new Consent explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing, unless authorized by law.

Data Transfer:

The Personal Data listed above may be transferred outside your country, on the basis of your consent, to locations such as India, United States of America, Singapore, Hong Kong, European Economic Area etc.; for which data protection legislation may differ from that of your country. Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Consent, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes.
