• HALE counseling services are always available for those who need to talk — because emotional well-being during this new phase of life matters just as much as physical recovery.
• Our Return-to-Work modules on the LEX platform help ease mothers back into their roles with the right learning paths and tools. And we also support expectant and new fathers with a dedicated Paternity Handbook that encourages equal parenting, bonding, and partner support.
• Recognizing the challenges of childcare, our partnerships ensure access to high-quality daycare services at exclusive rates. Programs like Petit Infoscian also welcome children into the workplace, making Finacle more family-friendly, and more human.
